May.23rd/08 Blog Prompt
mmmmhhhhhhhhhhh..................i think i would rather have a spider crawl in my mouth when i was sleeping, since statistics say you swallow spiders in your sleep all the time. And since thinking about a spider crawling in my ear seems to make me shiver more than one crawling in my mouth, i guess it is safe, but disgusting, to say what my answer would be.

a) i'm a girl, and b) There are not enough guys in the world who like tall chicks, or are tall enough date a girl who's a giant. That would suck.

Ask the robot what the other would say, if you were to ask it which door led to freedom. Then go through the opposite door it tells you.
(Even if you don't know which is which)
The truth telling robot would tell you how the lying robot would answer. If the T Robot told you the other robot would say to take the left door, you would automatically take the opposite door you were told, since you are assuming the other robot is the lying one.
The lying robot would tell you how the truth telling robot would answer. If the L Robot told you the other robot would say to take the right door, you would automatically take the opposite door you were told, since you are assuming that the robot you are talking to is lying.
So, either way, whether you are talking to the truthful robot or the lying robot, you take the opposite door --that the robot you are talking to--says the other will tell you is the door to freedom.
I know, difficult to understand. LOL

Hmmm....if i wanted to be friends with a person who spoke a different language , i don't know how we would communicate...maybe we could learn one another's language, and there is translation dictionaries, as well as the universal body language. You can learn a lot about a person by learning how to read their body language.

May.1st/08 Blog Prompt
I think i would much rather be a person who has the respect of others, than a person who has lots of money. It's the people who respect you and whom you respect that you are going to surround yourself with throughout your lifetime. Money does not = respect. Money isn't going to talk to you when your lonely, and it doesn't always get you very far.

Personality definitely means the most. When you get older, looks start to fade, and things become more about comfort and compatability. Though, you more or less have to be physically attracted to the person you are spending your life, beacause there is still a physical side to relationships.

I think i would probably take the million dollars, because if i died my family would still have the money. If i took $1000 a week, then i could die and the payments would not be able to go to my family, since i would be the recipient (winner).

Mar.20th/08 Blog Prompt
Hmmm...I would have to say loyalty is most important in a friendship. Not generosity, because that is often taken advantage or often one-sided. honest of course is important, but not all things can be said in a friendship, and there are always little white lies in frienships. Lying can usually be easily forgiven. Loyalty however, is very important. No backstabbing, or selling your freinds out! Is is easier to forgive someone for being greedy, or for lying, than it is for being hung out to dry, or forgotten.

In most cases, I am pretty sure this saying is used to mean that you can say whatever you want, but that doesn't prove anything. If you have a picture, it can't really be denied. Or, that you may not always remember what was said, our a story that was told (details that are forgotten), but pictures, that are taken care of, can last longer.

I am still as of yet, to decide whether or not I am going to do the chocolate sales. I've been super busy with Basketball season, which is officially over very soon, and may decide to join the "Simply Delicious" chocolate bar sales sometime next week.
Simply Delicious is chocolate bars "By Canadians, For Canadians". The proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards sending the grade 12 graduating class of 2010 on an educational trip through EF Tours. These trips are approved Canadian educational trips, that include round-trip flights, hotel stays, daily meals, sight-seeing, full-time tour guides, transportation, and visits to National monuments. Please help support this trip by buying some of our yummy chocolate. Send us on an Adventure before we settle into the humdrum of school, rents, bills, groceries, and responsibility, and allow us to enjoy our last moments of freedom with the people we have grown so close to over the last 13 years. Thank-you for your time. Sincerely yours, a hopeful graduate of 2010.

Mar.10th/08 Blog Prompt
If I could do one thing to change the world and make it a better place, I would take greed away from mankind. If there was no such thing a greed, people would not do things solely for personal gain. Less people would go hungry, live in poverty, and there would be no war for land, power, money, or resources. The world would truely be a better place.

I think the expression "money can't buy happiness" means that you should forget about money (having it, using it, getting it, etc) and do what is ultimitely going to make you happy. When you die you can't bring money with you, so don't base life on it. To me, Money can't buy happiness is nearly the same expression as Money isn't everything.

If my friend broke their leg, I would probably try to cheer them up by hanging out, talking, and bringing markers or paint so we could colour her cast. Feb.25th/08 Blog Prompt
I don't know what the world will be like when I am 25 or when I am 50, and I really can't guess. In the idealistic fantasy future, i'm sure there would be robots, flying cars, time machines, transporters, and what not. But that's not how I think it is going to be. Honestly, I don't think it will be much different from now. I think there will still be war, poverty, disease, etc. Likely the only thing that would be different is that life will be easier due to advancing technology. It will also be easier to expoit the poor and weak countries to take the things that we want and they have. War technology will advance, which is why it will be easier to take advantage of those weaker countries. We may be able to create vaccines and cures for diseases and infections, but more and more diseases are being discovered. It seems the bad far outweighs the good, and at this rate, the older and older we get, the worse and worse the world gets.

Feb.21st/08 Blog Prompt
The thing that is most important to me, that I would be lost without, is most definintly my family and God. I spend all my time with my family, and I would feel completely alone without them. And, I have strong religious beliefs, and would also feel completely alone without God(not to mention I wouldn't even be here). These two things are the most important things in the world to me, and I could NEVER live without them.

Feb.20th/08 Blog Prompt
If children ruled the world, no doubt there would be no rules, or organization, a halt in the development of technology, and large rates of obese peoples(since the only food that could be eaten would probably be junk food). But, if children ruled the world there would also be no war, no taxes, no government. Children wouldn't care if you followed a different religion, there would be no racism, or stereotyping. The world would probably be a socially and emotionally easier place to live in, though physically we would probably be set back.

PET PEEVES!!!! There are so many, but i'm not sure which is the worst. I hate it when people chew gum really loud. I hate it when people are direspectful when there is no call for it. I HATE IT when people tell me I am wrong in my beliefs in God. (If you don't believe in God, then you don't really deserve any religious holidays do you? That would be Christmas--or any of its equivalents, that would be Easter weekend, etc.) But those are just some of my personal pet peeves. Not everyone shares them.

Blog Prompt Feb.14th(Valentine's Day)
Personally, I like Valentine's Day. It is both happy and hype, depending on peoples emotional situation. To me, Valentine's Day means expressing my feelings (caring, love) to the people I am close to (family, friends). Both couples and card companies profit off of Valentine's Day, just in different ways. (Couples through expession, Card companies through money)

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DO AFTER HIGH SCHOOL? I haven't figured out what I want to do after high school yet. I know that I want to travel a bit, so that means I would have to work, maybe for a year or so, save money for school and travelling, then start post secondary school. I think I might like to do something with animals or the environment. I would also like to take some writing classes.

It depends. I believe some rules and regulations are necessary to an extent. You should be able to know when they apply and should be followed, and when those rules should be broken. Honestly, there are some pretty stupid rules, whether it is in school, sports, or whether it is the law.

Plagarism is when you take someone else's writing and say or act as if you were the one who wrote them. I think consequences for plagarism should be: a formal apology to the victim of plagaristic act, and full compensation for any cost that have resulted from it.

Yes, people have said things to me on the computer that have made me realy mad, and I almost always get angry enough to freak out on that person. There had definitely been lots of online fights for me...but I never start them. It's too difficult to have a real fight or argument on the computer (not worth my time).
